Planning for the future is a phrase filled with hope, joyous beginnings and the wonderful phases of life. We think of saving to buy a home, to send our children to college and to ensure a retirement fund that meets our needs. We plan vacations, career paths and weddings. As we move through the phases of life we are faced with our successes and failures. We see when the plan worked and when it didn’t.
